A service for couples who want to plan their wedding, but need an experienced professional to take over the final details and wedding-day execution.
Starting at $1,600
- Two in-person meetings and one final phone call, with our first meeting approximately 6 months before your wedding.
- One venue site visit to review logistics and finalize the wedding-day plan. Unlimited communication via phone, text, or email as needed.
- Comprehensive wedding-day timeline and logistics planning, including ceremony and reception details.
- Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception layouts.
- Final vendor confirmations and details to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Wedding rehearsal coordination to walk everyone through the ceremony process.
- Access to my wedding-day “survival kit” for those little last-minute needs.
- Personalized décor guide provided for the couple to complete.
- Wedding-day décor setup oversight.
- Add a wedding-day assistant for $200, or provide 1-2 designated helpers.

Partial Planning
For couples who want to do some of the planning themselves but want professional guidance, vendor support, and a planner to help bring everything together.
Starting at $2,700
- Everything included in the coordination package.
- Additional planning meetings as needed, with planning ideally beginning 8 months before your wedding.
- Vendor sourcing and booking assistance, including recommendations, proposals, and contract guidance.
- Vendor point of contact once contracts are signed, allowing you to hand off communication as planning progresses.
- Up to two local errands, such as dessert or floral pickup.
- Personalized décor planning and organization, helping bring your vision together while keeping track of your décor details.
- Wedding day assistant to assist with setup, décor placement, and breakdown.
- Can be removed for $200 if the couple provides 1–2 designated helpers.

Full Planning
For couples who want Alpha Omega Weddings to handle everything above, with the addition of full design & budget management.
Starting at $3,700
- Everything included in the partial planning & coordination package.
- Planning begins approximately one year before your wedding, giving us plenty of time to thoughtfully plan every detail.
- Full access to your planning software, including:
- RSVP tracking
- Seating chart management
- Your personalized timeline, layouts, vendor contacts, and budget
- Budget planning and ongoing payment tracking, with guidance throughout the planning process.
- Full event design, including a personalized design plan to bring your vision to life.
- Venue search and selection assistance, if needed.

Every wedding is unique, and the level of planning and coordination required can vary significantly. That’s why our packages are listed as “starting at.” Factors such as multiple venues or locations, guest logistics, larger guest counts, additional setup and breakdown needs, and the overall complexity of your wedding can require additional time and staffing.
For example, if your wedding takes place across two locations, we may need to coordinate setup and breakdown at both venues, additional staffing, transportation between locations, and logistics for your guests, family, bridal party, and vendors. All of these details require additional planning and coordination, which may affect the final investment.
After learning more about your wedding in our consultation call, we’ll provide a customized proposal based on the level of support you need.
Absolutely! We love traveling for our couples. Weddings within 30 miles of our planner’s location are included. For locations more than 30 miles away, a $1/mile travel fee applies to the additional mileage. For weddings located more than 1.5 hours away, an overnight stay and gas fee will also be required.
Odds are, you haven’t planned a wedding before, so you don’t know what you don’t know! I can’t tell you how many sighs of relief I’ve gotten specifically from brides & their moms because everything is thought through & handled by someone other than themselves.
Having a larger budget means more moving parts in the logistics and setup, which in turn requires additional time for planning.
