Coordination

Starting at $1,400, includes:
  • Two in person meetings & one phone call. First meeting 6 months before the wedding.
  • One site visit at the venue.
  • Up to 10 hours on site the day of the event. $150 per extra hour.
  • Unlimited communication via phone, text, or email as needed.
  • Wedding timeline of ceremony & reception / planning all logistics.
  • Ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception layouts.
  • Final details with vendors.
  • Rehearsal run through.
  • Access to my day-of “wedding survival kit”.
  • Provide a decoration list/guide for couple to fill out.
  • Lead decoration set up.
  • Point of contact on the day of, making sure all goes as planned.

Partial Planning

Starting at $2,500, includes:
  • Everything included in the coordination package.
  • Additional meetings, as needed.
  • Finding & booking all vendors.
  • Point of contact once vendor contracts have been signed.
  • Up to two local errands such as dessert pickup, floral pickup, etc.
  • Walk through & keep track of all decoration planning with the couple.

Full Planning

Starting at $3,500, includes:
  • Everything included in the partial planning & coordination package.
  • Up to 12 hours of service on wedding day.
  • Full access to my planning software.
    • RSVP tracking
    • Building your seating chart
    • View your timeline, layout, contacts, & budget
  • Budget planning and management.
  • Assistance in finding your venue, if needed.
  • Assistance with event design.
  • Assistance with coordinating stationery & signage design, if desired.
  • A full-day wedding assistant.
  • Full decoration set-up, breakdown, & load out.

FAQs

When do we start working together?

For coordination, we will have our first meeting 6 months before your wedding and we recommend having all vendors booked by this time. For partial or full planning, we will have our first meeting 1 year from your wedding (at the earliest).

Will you travel?

Absolutely! Travel fees will vary depending on how far away we’re going. Inquire for specific pricing.

Why are these services important?

Odds are, you haven’t planned a wedding before, so you don’t know what you don’t know! I can’t tell you how many sighs of relief I’ve gotten specifically from brides & their moms because everything is thought through & handled by someone other than themselves.

Why does pricing differ based on budget?

Having a larger budget means more moving parts in the logistics and setup, which in turn requires additional time for planning.

Do you offer a month-of coordination package?
