Day Of Coordination

$1,300 – First half of the payment before first meeting, second half of the payment 1 month before the wedding

2 in person meetings to guide the planning, making sure everything is thought of & decided, 1 phone call for final check in 

1 site visit at the venue 

Up to 10 hours of service on the wedding day ($150 per additional hour)

Unlimited communication 

Detailed timeline of ceremony & reception

Final details (arrival, location, timeline, venue info) with vendors

1 hour directed rehearsal (on or off site of venue) 

Point of contact on the day of, making sure all goes as planned

Oversee setup & breakdown

Decorations are case by case – if you are going simplistic, I just may be able to do it all myself! If it is more elaborate, we will need to recruit bridesmaids, aunts, or a mom’s friends! Full decoration service can be provided for an additional fee if needed.

Wedding Checklist

A “survival kit” – scissors, towels for bouquets, cake knife, first aid kit, & much more!

Partial Planning

$2,000 for wedding budgets $40,000 or less.

What if I have questions before I want to book?

When do we start working together?

We will have our first meeting as soon as you book a service. It’s always helpful to get ahead on planning.

What is your cancelation policy?


First payment cannot be refunded unless it is 8+ months away from the scheduled wedding date.

Why is it important to at least have a day-of coordinator?

Odds are, you haven’t planned a wedding before, so you don’t know what you don’t know! I can’t tell you how many sighs of relief I’ve gotten specifically from brides & their moms because everything is thought through & handled by someone other than themselves.

Will you travel?

Duh!! Travel fees will vary depending on how far away we’re going. Inquire for specific pricing.

Why does pricing differ based on budget?

Having more money to spend typically means more moving parts in the logistics and setup, which in turn requires additional time for planning.
